Team Chitwood Martial Arts & Fitness Offers FREE Self-Defense Workshop for Women in Lewis Center and Surrounding Areas

Columbus, OH, November 18, 2013 – Team Chitwood Martial Arts & Fitness announced today they will offer a free self-defense workshop for women just in time for a safe holiday shopping season. As a community service for women at least 16 years and older, Team Chitwood instructors will conduct a two-hour session on Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 2-4pm in their Lewis Center academy at 8640 Cotter Street.

Team Chitwood Martial Arts & Fitness Announces Partnership with Wounded Warrior Project™ — All Proceeds from Popular Ohio Submission Addiction Grappling Open will be Donated

Columbus, OH, September 26, 2013 – Team Chitwood Martial Arts & Fitness announced today they will donate $10 per competitor entry fee to the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP). The Submission Addiction Grappling Open on October 26, 2013 is the only tournament of its kind, bringing together more than three-hundred Brazilian Jiu-jitsu competitors, including children, teens, and adults from Ohio, the mid-west, and the east coast.
